I would like to start off by saying, "THANK YOU!" I appreciate everything you have done for me in the process of finding my home... Words, letters, cards, etc. could not truly express my gratitude toward you... You took the time out from day one to find me a home.

Dear Evelyn,
Just a note to let you know that we really appreciate what you done for us. we are very skeptical at first when you said that we ca close in 3 days. We called your office on tuesday morning that we are interested in the property, you took the deposit that day and we the the utility turn on the next day and have the inspection done of thursday and we closed on friday afternoon like you said. thats the act of God, he knows that we need to move right away. Everybody is telling us that the short sale takes so long and now we know thats not true, it depends if its a short sale approved by the bank we dont have to wait that long to the close the deal. we also want to thank you for picking us up and taking us to the title company to closed. We just move here from Georgia and dont know our way around. I will recommend your service to my family and friends. thanks again for working so hard to make our dream a reality.

One day I went to Walmart and had other stops to make when I saw a sign saying “We Buy – Sell –Rent to Own Houses” “No Bank Qualifying”. I went home to tell my husband and he said lets call the number. I Spoke with Martin and I did not believe what I was hearing. It was too good to be true. My credit was not good at all and my husband’s credit was just as bad. Martin kept talking like he did not hear what I said about my credit. So he told me how it worked and the next thing I knew getting a check for the down payment two weeks later. The rest is history. So believe it or not!!! It’s TRUE.

I JUST HAD TO WRITE THIS LETTER AND SAY THAT MR STANG IS TRULY A MAN OF HIS WORD. NOT ONLY DID MR STANG GIVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE DURING MY TIME OF CRISIS; HE ALSO STOOD BY ME WHENEVER I WOULD CALL UPON HIM AND HIS SERVICES. HE WAS THERE FOR MOST THE CONFERNCE CALLS AND DIRECT CONFRONTATIONS WITH MY LENDER AND WAS THERE THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
I COULDN'T RECOMMEND A BETTER PERSON TO HELP YOU WITH A SITUATION CONCERNING YOUR PROPERTY OR REAL ESTATE.
HE WILL GO THE WHOLE NINE YARDS WITH YOU UNTIL SOMETHING HAS BEEN WORKED OUT.
